I have seen clk200 kompressors
and bmw 518is there are soo many configs.. i guess they think us yanks can afford gas
usually anythin with the letter "D" in it means turbo deisel

in europe, diesel are popular cause they're efficient and cheap.
The CDI is the normal diesel engine version
The KDI must be that with the kompressor!
In our market here we get the following models:
CLK 200
CLK 200 kompressor
CLK 240
CLK 240 kompressor
CLK 320
CLK 500
CLK 55 AMG ( optional V8 kompressor package )
I sat in and cranked a brand new CLK 240 the other day. It was auri blue with light cream interior ( with dirty handprint all over it already) and i gotta admit... it was'nt exciting! The seatbelt tensioner creeps up on you from behind when you start the car, which is rather annoying.
