So you just want to use it to access WIS, and use DAS/Xentry in simulation mode? Sure, I do that all the time. I have a the 2011 version as a virtual drive using VMware player. I use my ole Dell D630 to connect to the hardwired RS232 multiplexer for actual work. To just "play" and use WIS, EPC, etc., I have a copy installed on my Lenovo Yoga notebook.

Hi Rodney
Do you know where I can download the DAS Xentry 2011 from? I have been searching this for a while without much luck.
I bought the STAR C4 recently but comes with DAS Xentry 2014 unfortunately it does not have the W204 option to select.
Thanks

I'm not sure why the 2014 version would not have the W204 - that makes no sense! The newer versions always are always backward-compatible with older models. As for getting a copy of the 2011 version, I'd check eBay - it's probably going to come on a handful of DVDs or a hard drive. It's a big program.

You probably have a bad installation. If you have the C4 it should work without issues.
