Need help for CLK-500 with navigation

I just got my car back after about 1 month in the shop. My question is that when the car is parked and locked and the red light is blinking, have you ever noticed the power button [ PWR ] for the radio is somewhat still illuminated. This button is located on the upper left side of the navigation system next to the in dash cd player. If any of you could please look at your car when it is dark outside and let me know. I am trying to determine if this could possibly be what is causing the drain to my car. I would greatly appreciate any response.

I do not know if this will help. I have a 2003 clk 320 I do not have the navigation system, when I went to lock the car the only thing that was blinking is the towing alarm and one of the preset buttons to the radio on the right side, the
volume knob or the power button was not illuminatied. Hope this helps you out.

Yup..in fact I just noticed that yesterday night. The "PWR" button always is illuminated. But that does not drain my car battery. I was away for more than 2 weeks, and no problems at all.

On comand the power button is illuminated untill the fan inside the comand stops running...which takes a couple of seconds (don't know - 30) after the car is switched off/locked.
