CLK 350
Noob looking for advice and rims!

Hey every one! First post on the forum.

I purchased a 2006 CLK 350 about 6 months ago. I have been to busy with work and other projects to start doing some mods but last night I blew out a tire and my rim got jacked up. Mercedes towed me to the dealer and they quoted me some insane pricing for a new rim.

So I decided I might as well buy some aftermarket wheels and new tires since it will more then likely be cheaper then buying an OEM rim. I was thinking of going with 17s but after reading through the forums a lot of people have been getting 18s and 19s. Wanted to get your guys opinions and see what you thought.

So far these are the rims I'm looking at

Welcome to the forum! What color car do you have? amg kit? and are you thinking about lowering? installing 19" rims with a weird offset on untouched suspension will make your car look like 4x4. but you can still find 19" rims with a good offset like I have. Though I wish I could tell you specifics but I bought the car with the 19" rims. I can tell you I have 235/25/19 in the front and 265/30/19 in the back. perfect size. I might need 10mm spacers in the back; already have 10mm spacers in the front for clearance from the shocks. and between the 3 rims you selected I only found the first one to my taste, but there are better looking models too. but to each his own; its your car. I'd say take a look at some original "style" AMG model rims; meaning knock off versions of the original styles. I think they match untouched stock/amg CLKs just perfectly. Unless you have a sick widebody kit; then I would look at non "original" styles.
