CLK Coupe 200 Komp 53 Plate
Clk Temp Gage @ 100c

My car come up check coliant look at the temp and it said 100C, I was worried by this and rung merc mobile and they got a tech out which said possible head gas/ cyclinder head.

It was throughing out alot of steam, coolant level was fine and oil was fine.

Has anyone else had anything like this, the car has just under 3000miles and is 4 months old today.

I'm gutted my c coupe blew up and now problems with this one

The dealer ship is crap, I got a loan car dropped off at 10.00am yesterday, then a hour later i got a call saying cos im under 21 i can't keep it anywayb this firm is contract my merc's to lease cars, they rang me 29 times yesterday and it got beyond a joke i was telling them how to to do their job, the dealer was crap no idea what to do and i was pissed off cos i can buy a car at 20 but cant get help until im 21, i said they should put a sign in the dealers saying that.

Anyway still no update on the car but it looks to be head gasket or cracked head, still awaiting out come and yes i got to keep the loan car, is a MG ZT 180 sports not bad.

got the car back they recon there was nothing wrong, however it had loads of oily hand marks o the bonnet and door. They say it was a software problem however the car is still running at 100c but no coolant error any more.

I'm not happy as there was oil on the car and no real answer.

Took it to another dealer who checked it over stated engine was fine and the error about coolant was caused by a faulty cap.
