Enough already
So why is every one so upset with the yet unseen CLK (209)?
I've had one (CLK500) on order since last june. I am pleased to see the return of the pillar less design. Over the years I have seen many new MBZ models that took time and/or seeing in person to appreciate. Back in 1978 I visited my dealer to buy a 450SE. I saw a new (then) 280 CE in the showroom and bought it instead. I still have the car (Though it will have to go to make garage space for the CLK500) and it is common for people to leave notes on the car asking if I want to sell it. Back in 1978 the reaction to the 123 coupes was mixed. So I say that time will tell if we have another classic coupe in the 209. I thinks we will.

well, there is a good psychological reason to dislike it...
but actually, if you look at the poll that musfather posted, most people thinks it's pretty good! so all the noise complaining about it is a minority point of view.
