If anyone has a w209 pre-facelift bumper laying around and wants to sell I'm looking to buy. I have a 2003 clk320 but would consider a clk500 if it has the rest of the assembly so that it fits my car.

Bump

 

I actually bought a pre-painted bumper for the C240 on eBay for about $370. I was very happy with the item. It was painted according to the car's OEM paint code, and it was a reasonable match, good enough for a bumper. I was very happy with the seller's communication, and the bumper came very well packaged. The sellers ID is "MBIAUTO". Note that this is just the "skin", so I had to use the grilles and inner stiffening from my existing bumper.

 

The C240s bumpers work? I actually did not know that but I just don't feel very confident buying a non-model specific bumper. Furthest I'd go is just slapping on a clk500 bumper instead of the 320 but if push comes to shove I might have to do as you did at put on the 240

 

No! The W203 bumper won't work on the W209. I was just mentioning what I did on my C240, and that eBay seller has many painted parts for may makes and models.

 

Ha alright that's what I thought but I put a lot of trust into your word so I figured I'd believe it =P. Thanks for giving me the seller, I'll see if he has any W209 bumpers!
