"Smaller" AMG tips
I may even be willing to purchase a whole exhaust if it'll fit without any modifying. I've seen in another thread that a C55 exhaust fit which also added the plus of a deeper tone. I haven't been able to find a C55 exhaust. Would any other exhausts such as from the '00-'02 CLK55, C32, C43, etc. fit directly?
I am doing a muffler delete and I too did not want to cut anything so just went and ordered a single Magnaflow tip reminiscent to the one our car has... But I have not done the work yet, the tip will arrive next week and will install it next weekend if I get some time to take it to the muffler shop...

The input to dual tips is not large enough to enclose both exit pipes and using two singles is difficult because the exit pipes are so close that the body of the tips would be in each others needed space, if you were able to weld them to the muffler exits.
I think you would have to find tips for that set of restrictions, use tips that were remove from an OE muffler (and usable after having been cut off), or fabricate one from a standard tip set by cutting the input end to fit and muffler exit and not extend too far out the rear.

Also, would you know what concerns I might face if I was to replace my stock muffler with an OEM C32 or C55 AMG muffler (already comes with AMG tips)? I don't want to have to have to touch the spare tire well or bumper cutout.

You could look at the published measurements of the OEM mufflers (W209, C32, and C55) with tips and compare. Then just measure the size of the opening where your muffler is located. If it is like the 550, the area for the muffler is like a cavern.
Check the input pipe size. I imagine they will all be the same (~2.75" outside diameter). You just want to make sure the diameters of your current and the new muffler are within .25" outside diameter (and I suspect they are).
You also need to check the location of the input and the exit of the new muffler. I THINK at worst case you may have to have the installer use a small piece of same diameter pipe to align for any offset between the input and your main pipe, and alignment of the exit/tips to the bumper cutout.
One last thing to consider is that the mufflers are likely tuned differently and will produce a different sound from your car. I don't think there would be any concerns for any differences in the amount of restriction/back pressure effect.
