Issues to look for with 100k miles?
Fair value?
White Coupe, well maintained (I know the mechanic), good history.
I don't want any problems with this car, as Daddy winds up taking care of them (Daddy = me).

Congrats first of all!!
I would definitely perform a transmission oil+filter change as well as replace the pilot bushing connector on the transmission. Transmission oil changes are recommended every 50-60k Km.
Check all your suspension parts for wear and replace accordingly: Torque struts/control arms, shock absorber and its linkages, torsion bar and the rubber bushings which cause squeaking when they go bad, rear sway bar bushings which also can cause squeaking.
I own an 05 320 and I couldn't be any happier. You get the best of both worlds: The nice updated interior with the bulletproof M112 engine and 722.6 transmission.

Hello, Briterfuture here, I'm new to the forum so be gentle. LOL
Great! I have the same 2005 CLK 320 convertible cabriolet. Silver w/gray and wood interior. I've heard that the interior option is part luxury part sport. Awesome car plain & stock. I've replaced all of the brakes rotors and pads. The only major issues I've had so far is the driver side window regulator cable broke and the convertible hydraulics sprung a leak so, I had to replace a busted cylinder. Otherwise it's all GOOD!
