Question ~*~18" vs 19" wheels~*~

Hey kids,

I am planning to upgrade 17” stock wheels on my CLK 500 and I need some advice. Specifically, what is the ride quality of 18” vs 19” wheels? What would be the best way to lower the car? Can anyone recommend me a good place to buy Brabus VI multipiece rims? Hopefully, I will upgrade soon and post some pics of my car.

Thanks

id suggest a set of 19's since you live in california. Im sure with the right tires you wont fell that much of a difference in quality, only the performance will be affected due to the heavy Brabus monoblocks. As for a place to buy i can only recommend places in SoCal, Eurorev.com or TWS. But then again if you are going to lower as well you would need a good tech which might be better if you went with a local shop to do the whole deal and save you money on a package.

Thanks, Tezta. What do you recommend for lowering? Should I get new shocks?
