I would highly suggest going to the dealer and seeing this color in person because a picture will not show you its true color. At times it can loook dark blue, violet, royal blue or black. Seriously it is a beautiful color along with the beige interior.

Tanzanite's one of my favorite exterior colors (but I'm biased). However, I'm not so sure about the sand interior. Here're a couple of pics of my fav combination:

I went with a dark interior to match the dark exterior.

Tezta's advice is the best advice. You need to see the colors in person to really guage how it would look. Any pictures, and color swatches don't really do them justice. If it weren't for the in person, I'm pretty sure I would have just gone with Brilliant Silver or Black. And it behaves exactly like tanzanite depending on the angle of reflection. You'll get a black car at night, a deep blue to purple car in the day, and a reddish purple when the car's dirty.

thanks Renn 208 for the pics, there must be someone on this board with a clk cabrio with this combo.

the trouble is finding a dealer not too far away with this colour combo in this particular model to view in person.

as you well know certain colours suit certain cars therefore seeing this combo in a S class is pretty pointless.

I saw one in person today, parked by my kids school.
Very, very nice. I placed my order straight away.

CLK 320 Cab fully loaded.
Looking at a 5 month waiting list here in the UK, but I managed to get £1.5k off the MSRP I suppose the only reason for that was the amount of options I slung on it

Can`t wait now, & it`s not even my car. The wife better be happy
