defective timing gear class action suit
has anybody heard of the results of that class action suit for cars between 2006 and 2010 I think certain model cars you may not know the case should have ended about 3 days ago but I haven't heard anything I'm just wondering which direction the decision went in and if people going to be reimbursed with cash or what any news would be helpful

can you call a deal and give you vin to see if the work has already been done? today I changed my Cam shaft position sensor because I was getting a code PS0025 and when looking close I say that gasket cement Aftermarket was seen on cly heads. Also Tie wrap on the Sensor in back to the connect line form hitting stuff and you can tell its not factory work .. SO I am thinking that the cam shaft gear has been replace already ...Black gaskets cement seeping out in the valve covers both side indicates a repair ... the pervious owner 9k to 32k said no major repairs just OIL and I have had it from 34k to now 44k...

Any work done by an MBUSA dealer is in their VMI. Whether or not they will give you that info depends on the dealer's willingness to help, which can be influence by your business relationship with them.
