yeah there was a member on here who got them. make sure to use oem gaskets, the ones they provide suck. he ended up taking them off after a year or two because they kept leaking. I was planning on getting those and realized the eurocharged ones looked much better. ( still dont know long term testing on eurocharged though)

So its taken 2 weeks to put no k&n's and the wheels today

Sorry I am not that familiar with LSD vs stock, but you have to have the stock differential from 55 to put an LSD with 3.06 gears? You can't just put the Quaife or Kleemann in place of stock?

ok, i switched to the clk55 differential to change the gear ratio to the 3.06. I dont have to do anything else. But i want to put a lsd in it. That will aid with better traction. It doesnt have to be done.
or i could have put an lsd in my stock differential. It would have gave better traction but i would have still had the 2.65 gears

Yeah the CLK looks really nice from the back, especially with quad tips.
I was thinking of swapping the M113K engine into my car but I'd also have to get an E55K ECU and 5-speed transmission so it's too much of a hassle. It's a crazy build though, ultimate sleeper! Tune and headers and it's 500+ WHP!

i could by a e63 engine trans and ecu, but there is so much more with our cars. Everything has a computer or module and who knows what would or wouldnt work. To scared to try it.

I figure my CLK is 80% reflective of MB and 20% (and growing) reflective of me.

The 550 with tune and headers is pretty good, probably on par with a stock C63, correct me if I'm wrong.
Fatz have you ever put your car on the dyno?

Dyno setups are different and I just never had another one done.
With the exhaust, re-tune, and k&n filters it's probably 305/335........
