Please Help -Rear Passenger Viberation Sound

I have 1998 clk 320 Sedan

As I drive my vehicle the vibration sound get louder and louder as I speed up. It soubd bad when on the freeway. I'm currently taking the inner road to get to work

I was told by a non-associated mechanic that it the wheel bearing issue.

Is this the rear wheel bearing issue? If so, would a replace (kit) fix this? If that the case, is there a DIY video? (I'm clueless when it come to these thing) Trying to save money for a new car.

Any help or suggestion will do. Thank you all in advance!!

You really need to narrow it down for us. Hearing a vibration is very vague. Do you actually FEEL the vibration any as you drive? When you round a corner in either direction? Front? Rear? Under acceleration? Coasting down? Just hearing a vibration as opposed to feeling it would tend to lead me away from wheel bearings. Does the sound increase when you are in park and revving the engine? More input please.

@Patton001 - I only feel a slight vibration and sound -->woop-woop<-- as the car is in forward motion, regardless if I'm turning or not. I hear it from my passenger rear side.

There's is no vibration or sound when in park and revving.

Sound get louder as speed up.
