Gremlins.

Keyless go car -- new to me 2005 CLK500 coupe - 70,000 miles.

Anybody fixed these?

Keyless go will not allow entry on the passenger side. Works on drivers side.

Button on drivers side door handle exterior will not lock car on exit. Works on passenger side.

Intermittently, the steering wheel does not always return to memory position after entry into car. Sometimes you have to push the memory button to get the wheel to return to the driving position -- after being up to allow comfortable exit.

No hint from stored error codes. Where do I start?

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Your first issue is likely corroded contacts in the door handle. Only fix is a new handle or a really complex DYI - there is a post on here somewhere. Unless you don't value your time, I'd get a new handle. On the second issue, mine does the exact same thing. The wheel goes down part way and stops. Sometimes it will then go the rest, but mostly I have to press the button on the door. Clearly it's not the motor, and there is clearly a good connection to the door. I'm not sure what the issue is there.

I do know you can turn off the steering wheel moving up function in the dash settings. I turned mine off one day messing with the settings while waiting for my daughter.
