Inner tie rod boot clamp questions

Did tie rods in my driveway yesterday, all went well except for putting the inner boot clamps back on. I don't know if they're a single use or what but they suck. There is absolutely no way to put them back on without some special tool... so right now I've got them on using zip ties.

First let me say I hate the fact that the dealer doesn't even sell the boot clamps (they make you buy the whole boot assy) but on mboemparts.com you can buy it.

Finally my question. I found the part number to be 2104630717 however there is conflicting pictures associated with it.

Both parts.com and mboemparts.com show the inner and outer clams to be normal reusable squeezable ones.

Example: http://www.mboemparts.com/mercedes-b...ion=boot-clamp

However, the inner ones are not the same as the outer ones, what I found is normal sqeezable one on the outside and this crap on the inside:

Notice the same part number 2104630717 is used in both references but different pictures. Can anyone confirm the one shown on mboemparts.com has the correct picture?
