Is this correct? (Exhaust question)
After cutting out secondary cats and resonator and having a "Y" pipe made I noticed that the pipe the shop put in on the drivers side header is to the "Y" is a 2.25" and not 2.5" like the passenger side... Could this be why even with a secondary cat delete and res delete my car still sounds wimpy.

No, a 1/4 diameter size difference in pipe isnt going to effect the sound.
Your post is kind confusing. I'm assuming you still have the primary cats? So the pipe after the primary on the drivers side is 2.25? Its not to the header?
So are you going into a Y to 1 muffler?
