Missing decal(?) on B pillar

Missing decal(?) on B pillar
I've had this 2009 cab for a little over 2 months and just noticed what looks like the remains of a decal above the door latch post on the drivers side. After looking at some pics of for-sale cars, it looks like there should be a decal above the post. Any idea of what that decal is for and how I could get another one?

It's a hazard materials notification. It states:
This vehicle may include mercury-added devices installed by the manufacturer.
