Brake Job and Schedule A
In anticipation of needing a Schedule A, a Brake Fluid Flush (did not get it done at last Schedule B since water content was only at 1%), and new pads/rotors, I decided to go OEM on the brake parts since I love the feel and performance of these brakes despite all the brake dust.
So I got all the brake parts from autohausAZ at the following price:
Front brake pads $95
Front Rotors $112/ea
Brake Pad Wear Sensor $7/ea
Rear Brake kit (includes rotors/pads/sensor) $185
Total (no tax and free shipping) was $520.00
Total labor cost for schedule A, brake fluid change, and brake job will be $250 (I purchase oil and filter separately)
I feel good about this and feel like I am getting a good deal but wanted some feedback from you all.
I'll post an update when this job is complete.

I definitely prefer the MBZ pads. I have drilled and slotted Frozen Rotors on my fronts, and had Porterfield Kevlar pads, but they never felt as good as OEM. I replaced the pads with MBZ a few months back and am happy now. I once tried Akebono and they were terrible - poor feel, poor stopping and noisy.

Thanks Rodney.
I considered different rotors to include the Frozen Rotors but did not want to take a chance when I have been receiving excellent performance on the OEM ones.

You will have no regrets with OEMs! I like the Frozen Rotors, but the with the slots they are noisy. I remember having D+S Zimmerman rotors on my ML and they made and odd but muted "zing" noise when stopping. The FR's are more of a rumble/roar. I had a guy from the office in the car a few weeks ago and he thought something was wrong with my brakes.

I have drilled slotted rotors on both my car and my wife's e350 coupe with stop tech pads on both cars. I dont drive hers often but there is no noise on either car and i can say on mine it was a huge improvement over OEM and they are a fraction of the cost you paid. You paid more for just your rotors then i just did for front pads/ rotors and sensors for the wifes e coupe.
