320 CDI, cold air only after highway

Hello!

I own w209 CLK 320 CDI (vin: WDB2093201F157214), and I have quite strange problem with my interior heating.

The problem: after driving on a highway (100-130 km/h), car heater completely stops working. After it comes back alive in about 3-4 days driving in the city. If I drive slowly on a highway (no more than 90 km/h), everything is ok.

Things done to solve the problem: diagnostics - no errors, replaced aux water pump, replaced whole coolant.

May be there is some thermostat that opens on high speeds and stucks? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

If you are not seeing overheating of the engine, then it sounds to me like a heater core issue.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
When you say it stops working, do you mean it continues to blow air, but not warm, or does it stop blowing any air at all? if the air just becomes cold, then it could be an engine thermostat problem. If it stops blowing, then it could be a damper problem in the duct system or a bad fan or ACC panel.
