Please help - what is aquisition fee through MB for a lease?

Please help - what is aquisition fee through MB for a lease?
Anyone who has recently leased, please let me know what the acquisition cost is. My dealer wants me to sign paperwork on Monday, but he came up with a lease number a lot higher than I have computed. Here are the specs:
MSRP $51465
Selling $48,600
MF .0025
Residual is 63% or $32,423
He is coming up with $667 and I am coming up with $645, both including the tax. I am assuming that I will pay the acquisition fee up front. I am wondering if they are trying to double dip and charge me the acquisition fee up front and capitalize it in the lease as well, pure gravy to them in this way.
Also, in NJ, where I am, I was told that taxes are not based on the rent charge, only on the depreciation charge. I've been told NJ is one of the, if not the only state that does it this way.
