04" 500 A/C leak and only hot air no matter the temp setting...
Noticed that a/c was blowing nothing but hot air on "Low"temp settings the other day. Upon further inspection and trying to add R134a I heard a hissing sound coming from the line I was recharging from down by the engine block. I then tried some stop seal and did nothing but make a red liquid mess on me and the ground. Is anyone familiar with this spot leaking and what it takes to fix it? Looks as though its a gasket on the low pressure port is all. I really appreciate any help. Thanks so much guys!!

Are you saying it is leaking where the low pressure line attaches to the AC compressor? I'd check the bolt to see if it's loose (20Nm), but even so, it's likely the seal has failed. Since the system has been opened, when you repair it, you will need to replace both the dryer (a.k.a. desiccant cartridge) and the expansion valve. Unless you are skilled in AC work and have the proper tools to evacuate, leak check, and recharge, this is probably best left to an expert.

i agree with rodney, i wouldn't add any chemical stop leaks to the system and def repalce the receiver dryer and expansion valves, unless you have a gauge set i would bring it someplace to be charge properly

Does anyone have any DIY on replacing or repairing the low pressure hose? Doesn't look to be too complicated but any insight would be greatly appreciated!
