As stated in my previous thread i'm working on a 03' CLK500 project and would like to know if parts from an 02' CLK500 would fit? In particular i'm referring to driver side fender & bumper impact-bar with reinforcement bracket.

If anyone is willing to let me know if this would work, Id appreciate it.

C209 wasnt facelifted/updated til 2005. so i reckon 02 and 03 are the same. just keep in mind that 208 did not stop production til 03 so make sure their both for 209 body.

 

There is no such thing as a MY2002 CLK500. MY2002 was the last year for the W209 which was a CLK320 and CLK430. If you are in a country that refers to "plate years", then a "2002" may actually be a MY2003. Regardless, if it's a W208, then no, the bumper parts will noo fit a W209.
