Be careful with the Bosch blades - the slide clip where they attach is not very secure. I went to lift the wipers from my glass to clean it and the plastic clip slipped off, allowing the metal arm to slam against the glass and break it. I prefer the Valeo blades (OEM) - the clip is much more secure.

I saw your post on that in another thread. But, to be honest, I think your situation was a fluke. I pain close attention when installing mine (based on your input), and I am very confident that they will remain secure.

Sold the car two months ago. It just had too many issues for me.

Picked up a BMW 128i convertible and like it much better. Shame because the CLK looked great, and was very quick, with a nice interior.

Sorry the CLK didn't work out for you. i hear that the BMW 1-Series is a fun car. I looked at one when they came out and it was just too small for me.
