new on here

Hello, so I'm new here and got some questions and need some suggestions. First off, I drive a 2004 CLK320 and I love it to death. It's black with a silver leaf rims. Now, there's some things I want to do to it. One is I want to know is there anyway I am able to remove those swirl marks? I heard that clay bar and some buffing could remove them but not completely sure. I also want to wrap the interior and was wondering if anyone could give me some steps on removing the trim from the door panels and dashboard. And finally is there any quad exhaust out there specifically for 320's? Because I love the look on the clk55 with those exhaust but don't have the money to upgrade at the moment. Oh and one more thing, is there any mods I'm able to do to it for performance? I know that it's not a car to play around with but adding a little more HP won't hurt would it? Lol

Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
Swirl marks can be removed with a low abrasion polishing compound and an orbital buffer. Depending on the degree of the swirl marks (abundance and depth) it is a DIY. If it's really bad, you may need a professional. I use Meguiar's products but there are, of course, many others. It has been a couple years since I last polished the car, so it is about time for me to do it again.

You should watch videos on the websites of manufacturers of the clay bar, polishing compound, sealers and waxes you plan to use.

Most people on this forum who have modified their exhaust have done custom exhausts. There are a few exhausts offered for the 500 and 550 but I am not very familiar with them.

Oh thanks for the suggestions, I actually bought a couple stuff from autogeek.com. They had this special on there (buy one claybar get one free). And I also got some microfiber towels and a bunch of other stuff to attempt to make my car look "new". Lol.. Do you know by any chance how to remove the trim on the center console and dashboard?
