Command install - any advice helpful!
I have a W209 2002 CLK European model (UK) and I have just purchased a command unit (part number A 203 etc) along with the GPS antenna and some NAV cd's. I have taken the dash area apart and have no probs taking out the AUDIO 10 unit and putting the COMMAND 2 unit in. I also am aware of putting the gps ANTENNA under the dash area but the problem ive got is the C connector on the Audio10 unit and the needed C1 and C2 connectors on the command unit. I only seem to have 2 wires going into the C connector on the audio10 unit, but the command unit wants quiet afew more. Also I dont have any cable in the DB2 connector on the audio10, but the command unit wants one - where do I get this from - is it somewhere in my car but hidden or something? Im guessing that at worst I can install the COMMAND unit and using teh connections already there, id get the Cd player working and radio - with the GPS antenna installed would the NAV system work at all? what am I losing without the C1 and C2 connectors and no DB2 cable? And if I get hold of these connectors and cables from my MB dealer, what do the other ends (beside the end that are connected to the Command unit) connect to?

Speak to steve, the comand unit will need the connectors to allow full use of the unit
