clk 430
What tools would you need to remove an engine?

Soo long story short , we're taking on the task of replacing the engine of my clk430, and just wanna know of any specialty tools we might need

You have W208, so you might want to check in that forum, but generally speaking, you will need the usual set of metric wrenches, sockets, etc. plus Torx sockets and driver, and an engine lift.

You might be joking, but you should try removing a 30 year old Rolls Royce engine and those "tools" are essential!!

My favorite is the "bolt splitter" I have one of those. I am not sure where it is, but it seems to land in my hands when I least need it...
