I've added this to my C43 and I was honestly shocked on the difference between oem and my mods.
So now I want to offer these to you guys too.
But I wanted to ask if someone can check your car to see how much clearance from the back of the maf and the bottom piece that it attaches which is called the elbow housing. I need to know the clearance from those pieces to the firewall. I need to know so that I can offer the 3 option of these modifications for the clk500. Thanks in advance.
Option One. $55.00
I will be offering the elbow housing that goes from the bottom of the mass air flow sensor to the throttle body opening.
I remove the curved baffles that restricted air flow. Sand everything smooth, primer, and paint to oem look. Ship to your door.
This will help the engine breathe better right from the start.
Option Two. $75.00
-port the bottom part of the maf housing.
-slightly port the top part 1/2 way down from the very top, for smoother flow.
-removing the baffles and smoothing things out from the elbow as mentioned above.
Full Package. $110.00
Everything mentioned above but also widening the back towards the firewall a bit for more air volume.

Just to update, I talked to this owner and I have ordered the elbow to mod it for him. Turned out its a different elbow from the one here that I sell. But it could still be moded.
