I don't know anything about it to be honest but even the description, multiple engine type compatibility and spurious claims would make me want to avoid it. IMO its just too cheap to be any good....you get what you pay for generally. But wait until someone who has used it comes along before you decide!!!

They claim the "chip" hold up to 8 programs for the ECU. This means they are doing custom tunes. Does the cost of the chip include the programming? I know many ECU tuners who charge about $100 for the tool to download the programming, but the tuning itself can cost $300 or more per map. If they are including tuning with that, it's a very good price, though I would not expect much improvement on a normally-aspirated engine. Whatever you get will come at the cost of something - trading mid range for low-end or performance for emissions and economy. One trick a lot of tuners do is to adjust throttle response on tip-in, which makes you think the car fells more powerful, when in reality, it's just opening the throttle faster with less pedal effort. If I were serious about tuning, I'd have a before and after dyno performed to see if there are any real improvements.

I just want a tune and there isn't a real runner close by me and I am not going to mail my ecu and wait for it to be returned. Is there a hand held tuner like bully dog which work on clk 500 or do I need to get it tuned ?

Most of the professional tuners also offer hand-held programmers (for an extra cost) so you don't have to send off your ECU. But honestly, with a naturally aspirated engine, unless you are doing something else (like deleting cats and adding headers), theses engine tunes don't give you "something for nothing". Your going to lose MPG or swap torque in one range for another. There is no Easy Button.

Eurocharged will send you the cable, plug in a laptop send them your stock file and in a few days you will have the tuned file back from them. plug your pc back in and install the tune...
Rudeney is right, unless you have some heavy NA mods, you wont notice much
