Hats off to you, that does seem like a project.
But at least, you have 'no' miles and almost new car. Provided transmission has been properly cared.

BTW, how did you bring that interior carpet back to looking like brand new? Some upholstery cleaner?

I did my best trying to clean it (I tried all known chemicals ), I even tried to paint it, but result wasn't that good for rear half (stains from paint or something), so I bought a new carpet (rear half).
