Keyless Go retrofit?
Hi all, im new to the forum and on tuesday will also be the new owner of a Black Obsidian CLK500. One feature i liked, that the vehicle is not equipped with is Keyless GO. Is there any way this can be retrofitted? I am also interested in retrofitting COMMAND, and bi-xenons. Can anyone tell me the difficulty of doing all this myself? And finally, i must say, the brabus bumper looks outstanding on this car, where can I get it. And last but not least, the most important question, What kind of damage is my pocket looking at here? TIA

1) comand - doable - easy - go for it
2) bi xenons - doable - easy - go for it
3) keyless go - impossible - no way - forget about it...
as far as bi xenons and comand goes - you might want to do a
on both comand (note that you will find a lot more about comand when you use 1 M instead of 2 Ms) and on xenon...you will even find some supliers of both parts that operate here on this forum...

For keyless go you'll have to replace lots of the car wiring harness, add new modules in the doors with antennas, route new antenna wires to trunk, new gear shifter, etc.. Way way too expensive but anything is doable with some cash!
