Exhaust pipe differences: Please help

2004 Mercedes Benz CLK 500
Exhaust pipe differences: Please help
Hi all,
I checked out the Eisenmann Exhaust systems on the net and I am now kind of confused. I am choosing the Racing exhaust system and I also get to choose the sizes of the exhausts. THere are 3 choices:
2X76mm (round)
2X83mm(round)
1X120X77mm(oval)
Can anyone tell me whats the difference between round and oval exhaust pipes? Also, is there a difference between 2 pipes and 1 pipe? One last thing, does anyone know if I can fit these different exhaust onto my Stock CLK500? I am not sure if I have enough room to fit the exhaust.
