Hello I have an 04 CLK 55 AMG and I guess previous owner put aftermarket HELLA HID headlights, I'm trying to find new ones do I get ones with hid build in of the ones that are for halogen? Because when I find most headlights like spyder, they come with hid kid(xenon) but say they're not compatible with OEM Bi-xenon only with halogen, so how do I find out if they guy before me or something had original bi-xenon or halogen and converted to HID like the after market hella ones. Inside the car I have the option for headlight washer but I have an after market bumper so don't have use for it.

 

Are you going to replace the bulbs or the entire headlights? If bulbs, that should be easy enough to determine what you need - just remove the bulb to see what type it is. If you are replacing the headlights, why? Do you just want a different style? If so, since your car is already coded for HIDs, just get a kit that does NOT have built-in error cancelers.
