Right Front Seat Motor replacement on a 2004?
Looking for some advice if this is a simple DIY job on my 04' CLK:
The front passenger seat headrest doesn't retract when I lift the seat forward to allow passengers into the rear seats, and neither does the headrest control button move the headrest up or down. I can hear the headrest make a click' when I try to actuate the button to move it however..
Is this part/motor easily replaced?

I don't think that it's possible to find only motor, most likely you'll have to buy entire assembly with gears (first photo). Part # for w209 should be 2039700126 (it's around $110-120). Just in case if you have access to mercedes scan tool (e.g. iCarsoft or similar) you can check seats modules and most likely you'll find Hall sensor error
