Advice for side amber lights on W209 clk350 FAILED SAFETY INSPECTION

It takes 10 minutes, slide off the side marker lens, snip the wires. its a lil fussy getting the little metal crimps in straight, then eother tape it up or solder it and voila.

I picked up the part from the dealer for 18ish bucks.
