did you get your question answered?
Do you know if I pull the door trim apart, will I be able to adjust this part? (good old dealers didn't install it properly, its sitting 3mm to one side)
PS, let me know if you can't see the link, I'll email it to ya.
Thanks,
Ho

Just was to clarify this.... so its just a matter of undoing what Frisco mentioned on his pic:
and also unscrewing the chrome end-plate Cliffybabe mentioned right? :
What about the door handle (the inside one right?) any special instructions there?
Thanks,
Ho
I believe that is a part of the outer sill moulding, in which case the door panel does not need to be removed. The metal moulding simply pulls straight up. What did the dealer do that disturbed that piece?
but apparently they had to replaced my window because they scratch it.
Will be taking it back to the dealers tomorrow at lunch, do you think its a quick job to do?
Thanks,
Ho

it took me a while on the first time through, but the parts that I removed would take 10 minutes for someone with experience. I think mbtech is probably right though, because even if you did pull the inside panel out, the window would still be in the way, right?
Now regarding the door trim for future reference, is that all the parts that needs to be taken off?
Thanks,
Ho
hope the dealers can fix it on the spot tomorrow otherwise I'm gonna have to bring the car in another time and leave it for the day again which I really hate
