Haven't tried it yet, but you maybe able to answer this....
Do you know if I pull the door trim apart, will I be able to adjust this part? (good old dealers didn't install it properly, its sitting 3mm to one side)

PS, let me know if you can't see the link, I'll email it to ya.

Thanks,
Ho

I believe that is a part of the outer sill moulding, in which case the door panel does not need to be removed. The metal moulding simply pulls straight up. What did the dealer do that disturbed that piece?

Hi Frisco and Cliffbabe,

Just was to clarify this.... so its just a matter of undoing what Frisco mentioned on his pic:

and also unscrewing the chrome end-plate Cliffybabe mentioned right? :

What about the door handle (the inside one right?) any special instructions there?

Thanks,
Ho

I'll take some photos tonight and show everyone what i'm talking about....

but apparently they had to replaced my window because they scratch it.

Will be taking it back to the dealers tomorrow at lunch, do you think its a quick job to do?

Thanks,
Ho

it took me a while on the first time through, but the parts that I removed would take 10 minutes for someone with experience. I think mbtech is probably right though, because even if you did pull the inside panel out, the window would still be in the way, right?

Yep there all the parts that need removing, as for the door handle, there is a hook you just unclip to release that connection on the panel.
