Alternator checks out fine , brand new battery, no lights on that I can see. Any suggestions on what might be happening? Or where else I might look?

First of all, welcome to the forum!

This is likely a component that has failed and is drawing current when it should not. Common culprits are the power seat controllers and the fan on the humidity sensor on the overhead control panel. If you have the tools and skills, I recommend tracking it down with an ammeter.

As in, there's a humidity sensor for the climate control system located behind one of the vented covers in the overhead control unit, near the interior light switch. But in order for the humidity to be correctly measured, it uses a fan to circulate interior air around the sensor.

If it is the fan for the humidity sensor in the OCP, you can often hear it still running after shutting the car off. Listen carefully to it - it's behind the tiny grille on the OCP.
