Drive a car with and without the sport suspension. It is a matter of personal taste which you will prefer. I have the sport package on my E350 and wish it was a little softer. However, it is still a very nice ride.
I actually love the ride of my CLK320. Not sure how this would compare the C Coupe regular suspension and C Coupe sport suspension.

For long term use (maybe 10 years), I probably should not choose the airmatic.

My understanding is that they are still using the same suspension setups as in the W203/W209. Any difference in stiffness would be in the shocks and anti-sway bars. Also, i think they have done a much better job with the power steering systems to give it better road feel.

In Canada, this is the Sport Package which is $2,000CAN:

ARTICO Leather Dashboard
AMG Exterior Package
18" AMG 5-Spoke Wheels
AMG Styling Package
Diamond Grille in Chrome
AMG Interior Package
AMG Velour Floor Mats

Sport suspension is a separate option of $250.

Hard to tell if I want the sport suspension. I like the ride of W209 but not sure if different suspension and sway bars in the C Coupe. Even if I drive the car, it would be hard to tell in a 15-20 minutes test drive.

So drive it longer! Maybe you can even get a "puppy dog" (i.e. take it home overnight).

That tray looks like it could accommodate a full three-course meal, with enough space left over to prop the day's newspaper against the steering wheel.
