Car jerks when accelerating

So I replaced the transmissions conductor plate and the problem hasn't changed. The good news is that it doesn't seem to be getting worse. I also scanned the TCU with one of those iCarSoft units and it said there were no error codes.
After living with the problem for a month or so, I'm pretty sure that it's the torque converter locking up when it's not supposed to. Does anyone know of common failures associated with the torque converter in this transmission? (722.6)
And I've nearly got my ac problem sorted out, it turns out the pulley bearing seized up and jammed the V belt. The compressor itself seems fine.

Hi Rudeney,
My W212 E300 2009 experienced coolant mix in the transmission fluid. They flushed it out and changed new radiator. They even recommended to change to a new TCM as the old one is bloated like a bloated lithium battery. But now I experience jerk when ever the gear shift at 20km/hr. Any idea what should I do? thanks.

Tranny Issues
I went thru this exact experience earlier this year, and all the symptons which you mention. I had to get a transmission service, which included replacement of the pan and fluid. Get it done quick before you get stranded.

My 04’ CLK320 with 139k miles started to have this issue, where car tends to jerk a couple of times when I accelerate, and it's very uncomfortable. It happens at different gears, and different speeds, but usually not highway speeds. similar to what OP reported…any recent updates to this as a remedy. My trusted mechanic is back in CA and I am currently in Las Vegas ..no known reputable MB indy shops out here, and I’d like to get it back to CA to my mechanic to assess and repair, would I risk any underlying damage or being stranded if I pushed this to drive back to CA 8-10hrs?
my car has all services up to date - suggestions and feedback most appreciated as always, thanks friends

The solenoids are mounted on the conductor plate (Valve body plate). If you change that you should of replace the plug as well

About two weeks ago this problem developed: the car tends to jerk a couple of times when I accelerate, and it's very uncomfortable. It happens at different gears, and different speeds, but usually not highway speeds.
Coupled with this issue (I couple them because they developed at the same time) is that when I give it gas to climb a hill (however slight), the RPMs get stuck at around 1,000 and the car rumbles exactly like if you try to climb a hill without downshifting. The car will continue to rumble, and keep the rpms at 1,000 rpm until I floor it (or basically give it A Lot of gas, then they shoot up and I actually start accelerating.
I originally thought it was a wheel bearing I knew was worn, so i replaced that one and checked the other three, but to no avail. There are no error codes.
Would STAR diagnostics tell me anything about transmission issues?
Any thoughts would be appreciated!!
