CLK 200
motor mount

Hi all,

My car shakes in D and R when i have my foot on the brake.
i tested it out
and think my driver side mount is busted.

Now i want to order a new mount for the driver side.
but i am not sure if there is a diffrence in the left and right mount.
i dont want to be ordering a right mount for my left side.

So are the right and left side diffrent mounts ?

Why not just change both? Since they are both exposed to the same environment and put under about the same stress, I would guess it won't be long before the other mount fails.

There are also mounts for the tranny that you may want to check. If it were me, and they looked worn, I would change them also (or have it done).
