Does w203 Facelift dash parts fit w209?

As per Title, I'm looking to face lift my CLK center dash, do facelift w203 parts work? or do I need 209 facelift parts and is it PLUG AND PLAY or not?

NO LONGER ACTIVE
No, the center stack is narrower on the W209. And there is more than looks to the facelift - there were changes in CAN bus protocols, so you have to replace a while lot of things, including the instrument cluster, which is a challenge to keep the odometer working. I recall a guy on the benzworld W203 forum doing this and it cost him over $2K.
