Do you have any bulb errors?

Either you don't turn it on...haha...or you check your bulbs. You must have some bulb errors somewhere. Are you running LEDs or weird bulbs in there?

You could also remove the tail light and take a look at all the contacts and all that stuff.

I thought the rear fog light was on the driver's side of the car...?

Yeah, the rear fog light is always on the driver's side. This sounds like it's the tail lights that are too bright. That could be .a SAM issue.

I changed the bulbs now twice . I am using regular bulbs . and still the passenger side is brighter . Rudeney yes it is very bright . Even when i turn on the rear fog lights the driver side is not as bright . If it is a sam issue is it fixable ?

I'd start by pulling codes from the rear SAM.

Not sure if I remember correctly, but aren't the fog bulbs in the same place but just a double filament bulbs? If that's the case it sounds like a control module as Rodney says.
