Washer Fluid

Is there a locally available (walmart canadian tire) windshield washer fluid that will not destroy my headlights?
Thanks.
I can't see myself driving for 2 hours to buy MB brand.

I read something about using genuine MB washer fluid with some concentrate added to it for winter time so as not to cloud the lenses. Just curious that some other brand of fluid hasn't claimed to be MB friendly.
I just bought the car, and am not sure what the previous owner used for fluid.

I never heard of that.
However, there is a factory protective film on the headlights which would wear down over the years. Once the film is gone, the lens would get cloudy. My w209 was 14 years old and sure enough the headlight lens were cloudy, I had to use products to restore the lens once a year or so. Google headlight restoration.

MB lenses are polycarbonate like pretty much all others. What you read was probably from MB. BMW is even worse in that regard. They don't even like to say what weight oil their cars take so that you will buy the "special" BMW oil.

I suppose I can always buff them like you guys say if they get crapped up. I've never had a vehicle with headlight washers before, so I will probably forget to use them anyway. I like that it holds 6 liters of fluid.

The headlight washers of my w209 never worked properly, They were replaced 3 times and I just gave up.
