can I use sapcers for 18" ang wheel on my clk550?
Hey MBworld- sorry if this has been asked.
I bought some 18' AMG wheels 8.5 front n 9.5 rears- that I thought would fit my CLK 550. They re just touching in front and back!
I didn't know if spacers are a smart move or should move on??

I personally don't like the idea of spacers, but lots of people have them. However, you should use spacers at least 10mm thick if possible. 10mm thick spacers are the thinnest that are "hub-centric", meaning they have a flange that mimics the place your wheel sat without spacers to make sure they sit dead center. Under 10mm are just discs, so your wheel can be slightly off center and vibrate.
