Part ID Help - Coolant System

What is the name of the black part between the upper radiator and reservoir return hoses. The part is the one in the attached pic with the "green" dot. I am trying to order the mounting bolts. One of the 2 vertical bolts is just above the yellow dot. There is also a horizontal bolt but (1.) I think it is ok and (2) if I can ID the part I can find that bolt as well.

I need to remove this part to better get at the intake camshaft sensor and magnet to replace. I need to get new bolts before removing the current ones. One of the 2 INDYs I use damaged the 2 vertical bolts. I don't want to remove them before I get replacements as I'm pretty sure I will not be able to reuse them to tighten this "heat exchanger bridge thing" that is above the oil cooler. I can't find the name of this thing anywhere.

The other INDY had replaced the exhaust camshaft sensor 4-5 years ago and used a different bolt to secure the sensor. I guess he dropped the original and was too lazy to remove the belly pan and get it. The threads are the same so no damage, but it is stainless steel instead of aluminum. I've identified the proper bolt for that (M8-25).
thanks

EPC calls it a "pipe elbow", part number A2732000418. The short bolt is part N000000001149 and the longer one is N910105006011. There is also an o-ring seal, A0139972745.
