You will need to add A LOT MORE INFO for any help here...... Car, year, mileage, service records and what do you mean by jerking???

conductor plate,, or tcu ,if tcu got oil in it then replace the tcu,, the conductor is known to go bad at around 60,000 miles. Johnny Carson taught me how to answer with only one or two word question lol. jim
