2009 CLK 550 cab- how to change HID low beam?

I'm trying to replace the passenger side low beam. (yes I'd also replace the driver side but less time critical)
I've looked online and could not find a video (or instructions) for my specific year/model.
The vids I did find show different setups than what I've got -- the most common showed 2 clips that could be pinched and removed to then remove the whole bulb and attached unit.

Any help is MUCH appreciated.
Here's what mine looks like- the clip looks easy enough to remove but then what...

Too easy. Its a D1S bulb. Remove the retaining clip that attaches around the ballast, by pinching it inswards releasing it off the hook its hooked onto. Once the clips are removed, you can easily remove the D1S bulb+ballast ( D1S consist of the bulb attached to the ballast; one unit) by pulling on outwards.

Reinstall reverse order.

I recommended replacing OEM D1S to the Osram 7000K Cool Blue Boost. Crisp LED white like the newer Benzes. I have them on both my AMGs and LOVE

Have fun!

I really appreciate the quick response.

UPDATE:

Turns out that I have no retaining clip.
After disconnecting the battery, I unclipped the power cable on the ballast and then rotated the whole unit counterclockwise a little bit / gently.
I could feel it disengage and from there it just slid backwards / out.

============================
Thanks again. Much appreciated!

W209 Bi-Zenon low beam replacement

I have a similar issue with my near-side low beam not working. I have replaced the unit; (lamp and ballast unit) as in the picture below. Still not working. I have switched the units across, same near side not working. I have switched the fuses, same near-side not working. That's the limit of my expertise. Any clues would be much appreciated. Thank you
