Interior Charcoal Filter

For those of you that have the additional interior cabin charcoal filters I've found a reasonably priced alternative to the typical Mahle or Mann filters.
Believe it or not, DENSO 454-2031, is a perfect fit. You can find it on Amazon or on Ebay.
I just changed mine. Needless to say, they were never changed since 03.
Please keep in mind that these filters are in the glovebox area and NOT accessed from the engine compartment. Not all cars have this feature.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
FYI, the under dash charcoal filter is only used when you activate it via the button on the ACC panel. It may not need changing very often if you don't use it. Conversely, the dust filter over the battery, under the hood is always used and will need frequent changes.

You're absolutely right. Most folks don't even know about the function.
But after 14 years, believe me, it's still pretty gnarly! LOL!
