Looking at a 2004 clk320. Help?

I'm on my way to Dallas on Thursday to look at a 2004 CLK320 coupe with only 56000 miles on it. Maintenance records and it seems to be up to date. Pictures look great. What do I look for to determine if there are any transmission problems?
What other items do I need to pay particular attention to? Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

NO LONGER ACTIVE
There are no big worries on that engine and transmission combo. If you find any oil leaks on top of the engine, it's likely the head cover gaskets, which are an easy fix. I would change the transmission fluid and filter right away.

How much is it? Because honestly for the price of some of these low milage preface lifted cars you can get a 2009 last year made CLK and it is 100X better inside and out.
