Getting electronic feedback, not like normal alternator noise, from factory Cabriolet subwoofer. Headunit is a older Avic Z140. I put a noise filter on the RCAs but noise is still there. When I disconnect the RCAs from back of HU, no noise. Not sure if factory amp or sub itself.

How did you get an aftermarket radio to output to the fiber-optic Harmon-Kardon amp? Did you use an aftermarket adapter? If so, I suspect it's that adapter.
HU was installed before car bought. When I took dash apart to get to radio I did not get the name of the adapter although I believe it is what most people use on the board. Also, I still have not being able to locate the factory ampnon Cabriolet.
